I was without power for 8 days after super storm sandy. The thing was, half out street got power back a day or two before we did. So when we saw the guys working on the next street, we asked them what was going on with ours. One of the guys checked, and it turned out that after they fixed our street, nobody had remembered to turn our part back on… Ugh

I used to have a cat who loved chewing up a load of bread – usually at night when we were sleeping. We actually had to buy a breadbox because just putting the loaf up on top of the fridge wasn’t enough to keep it safe. lol
Even exclusively indoor cats should be chipped. Accidents happen and cats get out. Or god forbid there is a disaster like a fire, or storm, or earthquake…
I am legally required as per the bylaws of my house (as written by Meatloaf) to sleep only on my right side with my knees brought up just far enough to make a little nest for her by my stomach. Failure to follow this bedtime protocol is punishable by having my face walked on until I comply.
