Hey Scott, I just finished the first Kandlewax book on my Kindle, and loved it. A good book for kids, with strong jokes for adults. While I was reading it it made me think of my mother, when she would read to us as kids, I heard it in her voice, which was kinda cool. Thanks.
Hey, I tried to rate it, (5 stars) and review it, but the Kindle kept giving me an error. Then I went to my account (Old Time Tales) at goodreads and tried to review and plug it there as well. Could not find it in the search, even when I entered the entire title, or your name.
Oh yeah, and the art was a lot of fun! I especially liked the grocer and them playing cards. It had a bit of a Foglio feel to it. Where the art give compliments the story.
Anyway, thanks! I’ll be passing this on to the grandkids for sure.
Ok, y’all are missing the point. That is NOT the worst problem. The worst problem, for some, is not flushing the toilet.
We are on a well. Which means that when we lose power we also lose water. And, like @VictoryRider said above, preparation is always key. We keep water on hand. Just in case.
But we also never know just how long we’ll have to go without, so we try to, uh, limit how often we flush.
Them’s Vancouver Canucks. Not Saskatchewanian..Saskatchewaniers? Saskatchewanites? Ah, to heck with it. Folks from Saskatchewan. They’re a whole other breed of trouble.
I will give it a try there. Usually I go through the app or goodreads.
A Christmas story sounds like fun. I’m sure that it is a lot of work.
