   Not sure if you saw me last post about the Electoral Collage but I did mean to change my last post from stupid to ignorant. But as I said before and this is for everyone who doesn’t like the Electoral Collage, the reason the founding fathers decided to have the system we use to day is to make it difficult for the will of the majority to rule the minority.

   Many people forget the the United States is a Constitutional Republic not a Democracy. Over the history of the world many of the democracies turned into a dictatorship country. Venezuela is one of the most recent examples. John Adams once wrote "“Remember Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes exhausts and murders itself. There never was a Democracy Yet, that did not commit suicide.”

   A democracy is two wolves and a small lamb voting on what to have for dinner. Freedom under a constitutional republic is a well armed lamb contesting the vote.

   People please educate yourselves about our form of government and why we have the system we have.

   @SusieB I was going to change my last post from stupid to ignorant. Your first post was not well informed.

   The Electoral College keeps the masses in check. No way should the majority dictate the minority. There is a reason why the United States is a Constitutional Republic and not a Democracy.“Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.”

   @SusieB No your comment is stupid or you are just plan ignorant. There is a reason we have the electoral collage. It is to prevent the will of the majority to dictate areas that don’t agree with them. As many people have stated the only states that the politicians would go to would be California, New York, and Texas. Those three states should not dictate what the rest of the country says or does. Sometimes the more popular person is not the right person.

   Reagan Just about swept the whole map in ‘84. He got 49 and only missed the state of Minnesota which was Walter Mondale’s Home state. And ever since then they have been voting some questionable governors ever since.FDR and Reagan had a vast majority in there first run for the Presidency. So you may want to do some research before making stupid comments.

   Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.

   You must be a Vegan then. I hope you aren’t wearing anything that has leather i.e. most shoes. Does any part of your car have leather interior?

   I ask this because of you being so against hunting; and your statement “NOT EVEN THE ONES WHO KILL FOR FOOD.” I doubt you will read this or answer my question. But unless you are a true vegan then everything you said makes you a Hypocrite.

   yeah no. I don’t need my money to go towards politicians I don’t agree with. Unions had a time and place, but have long since outlived their usefulness. Now Union bosses are only in it for them selves. To many people have not read or understood what the book Animal Farms is about. But it is relevant in what unions are all about these days.

   There are tons of jobs in the trades that pay very well. Kids who go into the trades will have a good paying job and no school loan dept.
