Picasso was one of my mom’s favorite artists (along with Norman Rockwell – talk about opposites). Have to say this horse is one of my favorites of his – and as always – an unexpected delight in a Lio adventure

I don’t begrudge anyone their comments, knew mine would draw a few. I truly enjoy Lio, and have recommended it to many others and will continue to do so. Just didn’t enjoy this particular one – too close to reality and I sort of prefer the fantasy elements.

did like jestrfyl’s comment - Jestrfyl says:

All we need is Michael Crichton’s novel lying open and the table and the image would be complete.

Now I’ll start by saying - everyone deserves some hits and misses – I love Lio, but this one missed the mark. Considering that many people got very sick and that some died, this one isn’t funny. One of the few that I’ve found so far on Lio though that I did not enjoy, so I’ll just pass on this one.

okay, count me puzzled. I love Lio but I guess my eyes are getting bad. Any idea what is in the middle of the web – does it relate to the spider’s condition?

It’s true that the comments on Pib run into 3 digits quite often now, and I’m not one who has time to read all of them daily, but when I do I quite often pick up some useful tidbit – like other great comics. That’s how I found Mythtickle (and Freefall and a few others).

I’m a recent Lio fan – and this is one of the things I love. The combination of Lio’s macabre view and his Dad’s real world love. Dad loves him just the way he is.
