My thought was that is the coach that is his new nemisis, “Coach Perm” who was beat up by the player Gil befriended and now has on his football team after his time in juvie was up. This year’s installment wasn’t nearly as interesting as last year’s where he was biting Beth’s neck!
It is October 15. Does this teacher not know the names of his students yet or have a seating chart that he can see quickly who is or isn’t there quickly so he doesn’t have to call out names (as well as last, then first names as well)? Also wouldn’t Lucas have come to him and asked where to sit? If not, wouldn’t Mr. Redenbacher ask who he was and if he was in the right place? So many questions!
Did we figure out why the word “WALL” was written in the end zone since we are playing Jefferson? I can see “Starship” or “Airplane” written there instead.
P2: Was this a trick play where the offensive line disappears leaving the defense to wonder what is going on? P3: That is either the largest goal line in history or they ran through the back of the end zone.
It used to be the Jefferson Jeffs. Maybe they consolidated with another neighboring district due to low enrollment? Funny we did not see the “Jefferson” next to “Wall” in yesterday’s strip.
