I’ve found YouTube videos of people taking train-trips of hundreds of miles across japan to go to a favorite okonomiyaki restaurant in Osaka

I don’t care a whit what “important economists” say about any thing – nevermind tariffs! If we hadn’t had those fools, we wouldn’t have had Marxism and all the things that derived from that. Those people are part of the PROBlem that desires to enslave you AND me. In fact, if an economist is against tariffs, that means they are FOR taxing your income and I can’t imagine why anyone – you, for example – would be for those.

It looks like you don’t know what a tariff is: they are paid by the importing countries. And now, if you say “WE’LL pay for them because the cost of imported goods rises,” what do you think the point is: tariffs raise the cost of imported goods so that you’ll be inspired to buy domestic products, thereby increasing American jobs and payrolls. I mean, is there something imported from CHina that you MUST have?

Those were all well-funded long before the government started taxing your income. I like Trump’s approval of Tariffs; we had foreign countries paying for our country’s needs back then.
