   I usually really like Overboard. Then every once in a while, Chip Dunham puts out something like this. Dogs on a leash? No dogs allowed? Well, that’s just stupid, right? Who cares about other people? Rules? Pfft. MY dog should be allowed to go everywhere and do whatever he wants. Disturb nesting sites of endangered bird species, scare other people or make them uncomfortable, get in fights with other dogs, chase other animals, crap all over the place, bark his head off, whatever. You don’t like it, well, that’s just too bad, right? Jerk.
