coldonkey: re: hearing impairment at the drive thrus…same problem here…useless volume, scratchy voices…impossible…do what I do (and what Starbucks says to do at their drive thrus)…ignore the useless speaker and drive up to the window to place your order…I just tell them I can’t understnad their useless speakers and place my order….only issue then is trying to understand the person using the mask (can’t lipread unless a clear mask which I’ve only seen 2 of)…but at least you can make your order known…
