   I learnt how to LOOK as if I was doing all that’s possible to help the client. It works everytime ! Even when I know nothing can be done. LOL

   Then I took this lore I learnt serving in a library to other domains. Still valuable when dealing with angry people. In a course Book on conflict resolution, they said to rephrase what the client is saying. Thats a good technique too. When they see you trying to understand they calm down.
