   Dems spend like drunken sailors but their spending tries to meet social needs, to keep people fed, housed and healthy. Republicans spend like drunken sailors but their spending goes to corporations, private prisons and their wealthy personal friends, while shaming those in need and forcing them to go begging for handouts at charities, all while claiming to be “pro-life”. There’s a strong argument to be made that Democrat’s social spending is less expensive and better for our nation than imprisoning and demonizing ppl for being poor, homeless and hungry. But, this is a hard discussion to have in this format.
