   How about when you ask if they have a rewards card, and they say NO. When the items are rung up, they get upset – claiming something is supposed to be on sale. Then they suddenly produce a card or remember the phone number.

   I’m convinced that some people come into the store with the sole purpose of moving stuff around and making a mess. Some customers cannot pick up one item without knocking everything over in a 4-foot radius. And if they put the item back on the shelf, it won’t be returned to where it was found.
