   That’s nice that you are now connected with a few friends again. Sometimes that’s all that matters. While I wouldn’t mind seeing how people turned out, I’m not sure I want to make awkward conversation for hours.

   Mine found me through Facebook. I keep in touch with 1-2 people from high school, and connect with 2 others on Facebook. One of my FB friends is married to a popular guy from high school (they met after college), so she finds out everything and posted about our last reunion. I think FB is the easiest way to find older people (younger people are on Instagram).

   I do think it’s nice now that both men and women are realizing that they can take on more roles. Both should be more sensitive partners, nurturing parents, tough business people, etc. I just don’t think everyone needs to “do it all.” It’s a lot of pressure and stress to try and do all/be all. Do your best and work on your weaknesses. That’s about all that people should strive for.

   I went to my 5 year reunion. Everyone was mostly the same, except for the one girl who had a passel of children (none of the rest of us had any because we’d just graduated college the year before). I was going to go to one a few years ago, but they scheduled it during Thanksgiving and I don’t understand why people would go to a reunion over being with loved ones and eating good food.
