And then Uncle Phil comes out playing snozzle horn tube thing or something.

Elizabeth seems to be the one of the trio who understands this. Where Candance is combing, brushing, and preening, and Dawn is Blushing, Elizabeth is clearly squirting something appropriately smelly. Perfume, face cream, grape jelly, whatever, I’m willing to be it has a smell.

It could be a problem with her hearing. She’s watching closely during the scrapes, but turned away during the click and missed it. That’s bad, given how close she stood, so maybe an appointment with an otolaryngologist.

I had the worst day… know was ever had a worst day… it was probably the worst day for anyone in history. Many people are saying I had a worse day than anyone else. Grown men were in tears about it.

    Beat me to it!

Beat me to it by half a day.

Not terribly far off from how it actually happened (allowing for comic strip suspension of disbelief, of course).

The shirt is giving off some disco vibes to me though, with the collar and pattern.

    Special Canadian Home Brew! :-)

Except in Gordon’s case the job IS the freedom, because it’s what got him out of the abusive household he grew up in. All things considered, he seems much happier than living with alcoholic parents and beatings.
