i think it is clear that there is something big on the end of the leash that requires a shovel perhaps ones own mess… doubtful it is a bank being pissed on since this is a street corner and the couple probably does not have huge bags of cash, or maybe they are emptying accounts then their comments don’t make sense -
so Wiley - is reminding us that we have to pick up after our own messes…or at least be willing to if we create at one…
