@CrankyDragon – just because you ran across one idiot does not mean permits are worthless. Permits help ensure work is up to code – and the code is usually based on somebody dying because of how things used to be done.
Sunny Side Up – eggs are cooked one side only, leaving some of the white and all of the yolk uncooked
Over Easy – Eggs are flipped and left for a short time to cook so that whites are cooked and the yolk uncooked. Not breaking the yolks during the flip takes a bit of practice.
Over Medium – Eggs flipped once, yolks partly cooked
Over Hard – Eggs flipped once, yolks completely cooked
Scrambled Easy – Eggs scrambled, cooked until solid but still wet
Scrambled Hard – Eggs scrambled, cooked until dry. If “water” is present, eggs were overcooked and you should send them back.
