Just another way for whiners to complain and try to tell you how to live your life

So what if it does end in a gunfight? Does Betty want them throwing flowers at each other? She gives me a pain the posterior because she’s always putting down what others think and do. Like she’s so perfect.

I guess this is supposed to further the story line along…having the guys go out for more stuff she needs. But as far as practical use it doesn’t work. With her new machine attachments Betty should have gotten a quilt guide. Its an L shaped attachment that fits in a slot behind the presser foot. You sew the first line which has been drawn or taped down then use the L to follow that line, move over and do it again. There are You Tube videos to show what I mean. Sorry I can’t explain it better in writing.

How do you secure your 3 layers together? if you use safety pins put them 3-4 inches apart. Or use quilting adhesive spray. There are several You Tube videos available to show you how. Good luck

Those were the days that girls basketball rules allowed the girls to run only half a court, then had to pass the ball to a team member on the other side of the line.

I graduated from Catholic high school in ‘63. At the beginning of my senior year the school was assigned a new priest from California. He wanted to start a track team. The girls were excited because the only statewide sport the school participated in was boys basketball and we saw a chance to do something. The priest was appalled and said girls didn’t need to do that. The nun principal agreed with him. The only reason there was girls gym was because it was state law.

I started hand sewing doll clothes when I was 5. I’m now 74 and can’t let a day go by without at least 30 minutes at the machine. Over the years I made most of my clothes, my 2 daughters clothes and formals and 2 wedding dresses. Now all I do is quilt. Much easier, and way more satisfying.

Like he’s such a handsome stud. Why is it that overweight, scruff-faced men think they are so irresistible?
