   LOL.. You can tell they don’t live in Oregon. It would definitely be something besides grocery bags that he would be commenting on. We have to purchase grocery bags. In some states the charge is between 5 and 25 cents, some stores don’t even have the plastic or paper and you have to buy reusable bags at a mininum of $1. So it’s always best to have some laying around to be able to use your old ones. That way you don’t have to buy more or haul everything to your car without the bags.

   My dog does this because in our apartment complex it’s required that she is on leash.. But not technically required that I hold it. She listens very well so this gives her a little more freedom and me an extra hand for other things I’m carrying.
