I’m with margaretannehill—she’s going to go through a few years of looking and realize it was Quill all along!

I guess I’m just a romantic—I’m still hoping she ends up with Quill someday!

Yes, Jack is definitely improving—but I have to confess that I’d still like to see her eventually end up back with Quill!

OK, still a hopeless romantic—I would like to see her end up with Quill someday.

Has everyone forgotten Quill? She certainly attracted his attention (and Aaron’s too, for that matter.) I guess I’m just enough of a romantic to hope that she does eventually end up with Quill!

OK, I guess I’m the only one who still hopes they’ll get back together eventually. They did have a lot in common with their mutual love of theater and performance, and they always got along so well. Even as a teacher, she could still pursue that interest. Here’s to an eventual happy ending!

Luann and Quill have nothing in common? I have to disagree with that. Remember when they were in the play together? Luann is very interested in theater performance and also has a facility for stage design, both of which she could still pursue even if she becomes a teacher. I’d say they have more in common than many couples. She’s just feeling insecure about Prudence, but that’s not unusual. I hope they make it!

Life doesn’t always have happy endings—that’s why we need one now! Jan, you have the control of this, so come through for us!

Evie’s “No!” and “Get out!” comments are completely generic reactions of happy surprise and not negative at all. If anything, she’s surprised that Phil finally asked and Val finally accepted! I didn’t see any negative vibe about her own marriage at all—I think that’s just overthinking the strip. I’m looking forward to seeing the wedding planning!
