I’m not sure exactly how old Max is since the characters don’t age (much) in this strip, but I was thinking he was supposed to be about 2?

I’ve always wished my company didn’t set huge deadlines for the end of June every year…. I always waste the first half of my summer working 80-hour weeks! :(

When I was working on my senior project in college, we used to pull pranks on anyone who forgot to log off the computers… we usually stuck to changing all of the Windows colors (text, background, highlight, etc.) – either something ridiculously pink and girly for a guy student, or if we were feeling mean, set everything that we could to black so you couldn’t read any text :)

haha, sounds like my job – we’ll work two months of 60-80 hour weeks and as a reward, we might get a $100 gift card :) Good thing I like my job… most of the time ;)

When I was a kid, we had a set of cheapo plastic chessmen that were red and black! Judging by the packaging, they were probably made in the 70’s…

Not to be a party-pooper, but I don’t really find this funny… In my opinion, Charlie Sheen needs psychiatric help and it’s not right for everyone to be making fun of him (or for the media to keep sensationalizing his story!)

I read a ton of books in high school, classics and modern fiction, but I found Jane Eyre long and slow when I read it at age 16 – so I don’t blame an unmotivated 13-year-old for not wanting to read it!

We had co-ed phys ed in elementary school; it wasn’t separated into boys and girls until junior high.

Anam, this strip is normally colored on weekdays too!

That being said, it’s now the afternoon here and still B&W. I’ve noticed that every once in a while, a normally colored strip on this website is B&W; not sure if that’s the artist’s choice or a problem with the website!
