The Bucs had a play where the defensive lineman pushed the offensive lineman’s helmet completely off his head with his hand on the Bucs player’s facemask, but the ref called holding on the Bucs lineman right beside him instead. Sometimes you wonder what the refs are doing during plays, when obvious calls are missed.
When my daughter was in Kindergarten, she put a sticker in the middle of my forehead. I forgot about it and went to the store to pick up items for dinner. When I was checking out, the the young cashier kept looking up at me as she was scanning items. I remembered the sticker, because you could clearly see the confusion on her face. It was clearly on her face, “He has a sticker on his head.” Which changed to, “Does he know he has a sticker on his head?” And then, “Should I tell him he has a sticker on his head?” Apparently she decided not as she didn’t mention it. I had a hard time keeping a straight face. :)
I have been diagnosed as well. Changing eating habits is hard, but I’m still trying. Don’t beat yourself up if you backslide a bit. I’ve been doing that. Just keep trying to be better.
I think that the Blue Ribbon SJOTY committee is so that Player McPlayface doesn’t win the award. :)
