hmm, didn’t know about the 2008 suspensions. I stand corrected.

“Sunshipballoons, they have actually suspended and fired “wrestlers” for substance abuse. You don’t see that in the real sports”
–nope. In 2007, in response to congressional pressure, WWE suspended 10 guys for doing business with a pharmacy that was under federal investigation. WWE has never suspended any wrestler for failing a drug test or refusing to take one. Unlike MLB, NFL, NBA (and I think NHL), which have all suspended players for failing drug tests.

“It’s funny though, that WWF (I refuse to use the new name lol) has tougher drug standards than the real sports lol”
–it’s funny that you believe that, anyway.

“But, he’s only going to school at Walden College which seems to be an unaccredited institution. ”
You’re joking, right? Walden = Yale.

I don’t get why people hate Jeff SO MUCH. I mean, he’s obviously a dope, but I haven’t seen anything to suggest that he’s got bad intentions. If anything, his biggest problem is that he’s a victim of war, which has caused a skewered world view.
Which is NOT to say that I’d wish him on any woman, but today’s comments are unusually nice about him, and that’s really saying something, because they aren’t nice at all.

“his party owns congress, and now the court” – nemesys, perhaps you have some trouble counting, but 3 democrats out of 9 justices is not a majority. Even if you count Stevens, a republican appointee on the democrat side, that’s still 5-4 for the right. Yes, Kennedy sides with the justices to his right far more often than he sides with the ones to his left.

“Ha! An eight-strip set-up for one punchline!” Yup, and totally worth it.
The birther law would plainly be unconstitutional. It would exclude from service as president any natural born citizen who, for whatever reason, could not access a copy of his or her birth certificate. The constitution allows any natural born citizen over the age of 35, and 14 years a resident of the US, to be president. It plainly does not require that the person have a valid birth certificate.
