    A Data General minicomputer, featuring a 16-bit CPU made of TTL chips. I don’t recall mung beans being an option, though. Core memory, disk drives, tape drives, serial ports, but no mung beans.

    Standard height is around waist level to a normal human. That one is way up at Eno’s shoulder level. If it were mounted at standard-for-normal-humans height, he’d have to reach way up like a little kid. This must be an accommodation for the way he’s drawn.

    Hm. Should switch to a virtual TTY console. (Tries it.) Yes, but those consoles seem to be disabled on this machine. (Hits button on KVM switch.) On the other machine, it gets me a login prompt as expected.
