“numbers never helped the Impalas, did they?”

Beats me. I would imagine it helped since herds can usually coordinate their defenses.

“You’re telling me they closed a profitable store because a maximum of 3 people might have stolen a few things over the course of a year?”

Nope. I don’t know any details. I question your characterization of the situation.

    “Maximum of three”

    “A few things”

“Over the course of a year”

Could have been more thieves, could have been many things and/or have been of great value, could have been several years of unchecked theft and possibly increasing in severity.

But you may have been there and witnessed the events and know much more about it than I do.

The Town of Century here in Florida had at least two businesses pack up and move elsewhere because of excessive theft…by employees. So, yes, I can believe businesses moved out of lawless theft ridden locations.

Could they have stayed and lived with the loss?

    Possibly.

That doesn’t mean they are slaves not free to flee.

“President Trump is undoing everything that the Biden regime did to screw up the country.”

Actually, it’s called an administration because they are charged with faithfully carrying out the duties of the Executive branch in observance of the laws and responsibilities of the nation.

You seem to think the Biden Administration screwed up the country but would have a stronger case of you had real examples. Please don’t blame him for things Donald handed to him already in a mess.

He may have failed to fix all foul-ups. We had higher than preferred inflation but did a better job of getting it under control than other nations. We still had a pandemic to defeat even if the vaccines were approved under Donald.

“He is making the USA good again”

How can an evil man create good?

Donald is trying to tear down the efforts of generations to please Putin and punish those who dated defy Donald’s attempts to get away with breaking our laws. Donald is requiring loyalty to Donald rather than loyalty to The United States of America.

Donald is filling positions with alcoholics and fellow sexual abusers. Donald is supporting a fellow unfaithful man’s efforts to fire workers outside his chain of command (which he doesn’t even have) if they don’t write just what he wants them to say.

America is still great, despite Donald’s claims, but it is not good. Donald openly rejects the teachings of Christ to treat others as you would like to be treated.

I read that book (CATCH 22) back in tenth grade. My cousin, Jeffrey Dennis Green (Denny) talked me into it.

“And selling Goya from the Oval Office, last time around.”

Unlawful under The Constitution, like so many other things Donald did.

On the other hand, the alternative is Donald doing what The Constitution calls for and that would require KNOWING what “faithfully” means.

Check your voice-to-text, David. You are WAY TOO trusting:

“Why don’t you wear a suit?”

“Same reason I don’t wear a red cap inside the building: so I won’t be confused for one of you jerks.”

“Rich people don’t go to jail, they pay fines when they break laws”

Some rich people avoid jail. Donald contributed to Bondi’s campaign here in Florida and she dropped charges against him for his TRUMP UNIVERSITY scam. Still, though, arguments against me would be improved by citation of existing laws broken and not charged.

(I’m not even claiming they didn’t break laws, but don’t right off hand know of any. People let themselves get addicted. They had more faith in physicians than I do. Physicians had more faith in suppliers and federal regulators than turned out to be justified.)

“Especially if you have a public defender for a lawyer.

“If you can afford a good lawyer, not so much.”

A good lawyer can often get the guilty out of trouble until the next time.

“That the cousin’s boarder is a murderer says more about his family than we could stomach.”

I think it says a bit about him but just suggests things about his biological family. It may also say a few things about my cousin, since she has somewhat raised (?) him for a few years.
