Wow. No. I re-read The Great Gatsby and came to realize that Fitzgerald had written perhaps the best novel of the past century. Moby Dick is great as well…yet I had to put it down the first time but made it through the second time. Of course I enjoy Sinclair Lewis too. Babbitt is a great read. Updike’s Rabbit books are hard to handle at first. Folks should read some Jim Harrison as well
I like this artist’s style and take on Brad and Toni and Shannon. Maybe this can spin off and Jay could do a seperate comic. Luanne has too many characters and story lines – which go unfinished – spinning some off would be a solution for me.
