Yes, there were strips which showed both of them at work, so that-a-dad is possibly blowing his own moolah (a vintage Pinball Machine in working condition should be considered an investment)

Its great to know your angels – but you have to be able to execute on them. That-a-dad knows how to handle it. I would love to see a match between him and Daisy Wooton from “Giant Days”.

Lutefisk is bad enough, rumor has it that only skdinavian people who grow up (not throw up= with it can really stomach it. Its consistency and its smell are – somethimng else.

I remember reading a newspaper article about ist which startetd with “There are dishes which smell bad and taste good – Lutefisk unfortunately smells bad and tastes bad.” A Norwegian than commented that because of the horrible smell he and his siblings were evacuated from their parent´s house for severals days when they were small because they simply couldn´t stand it.

An Ugli I had to look up, its a cross between a Mandarine and a Grapefruit, actually said to be delicious.

And the Eastwood movie is one of my all-time-favorites so funny and so gripping. Most epic showdown ever.

There is a very similar old peanuts strip where a football-team has an unbelieveable comeback in the final seconds of the game. Linus is telling Charlie BRown about it enthusiatically and CB only asks “How did the other team feel?”
