   Dewey, Cheatum and Howe were also the legal representatives of Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers, hosts of the long running NPR show, Car Talk.

   It uses compressed air to launch t-shirts. Can be a rather unreliable and potentially dangerous device. I speak from experience, including the “gatling” style monstrousity I dealt with for a couple of season.

   The BSA lost multiple LARGE sources of program and financial support. The coffers are extremely low paying the flood of lawsuits – deserved but subject to abuse by the legion of law firms that may have encouraged some to seek a payday they were not entitled to. Mny valuable properties have been sold in hopes of moving the program forward.

   When I was a leader we kept tight to our budgets with a small anmount in reserve to help any scout family participate.
