Have you been reading the reports of the Trademark Trial and Appellate Board? There have been at least 15 sports team (mostly pro baseball) cases in the past two months or so concerning trademark rights. NY Yanks particualrly active, but also Red Sox, Mariners, Athletics, Chisox and the Chicago Bears. There must be some strips in there somewhere.
