   I think the color change is meant to reflect the extreme speed. See, the color is slightly blue shifted as it moves toward us and red shifted as it moves away. Such an extreme doppler shift implies a speed at a significant fraction of the speed of light.

   Yeah…I wouldn’t know how to calculate the speed based on the colors used but I would guess that it’s a significant fraction of the speed of light.

   If the idea was to reduce corruption why did the process start with trying to eliminate the civil service and the inspectors general? Those institutions exist to prevent corruption. You may argue that they are not effective but you’ll have to admit it will be easier to rob the country without them.
