    From the comments, it seems like I am not the only one who doesn’t understand the humor here. From the quotation marks on the “oops”, it seems as if the “doctor” is deliberately shooting the pregnant woman while pretending it to be an accident. Blood behind the woman, but no sign of a wound. Just circumspection, or deeper meaning?
