   My brother’s subdivision decided to establish an HOA. He refused to join, pay the dues or follow any of their rules. Nothing they could do about it as he was ‘grandfathered’ out.

   My sister is 10 years younger than me. I remember her asking how old I was when I turned 21. She commented on how OLD I was. I need to reminder her of this now that she’s nearly 45! LOL
