   The ingredients for carbonara may include different cheeses, bacon, heavy cream, garlic or not, egg, pepper, and traditionally other options except for the kitchen sink. these additives are not consistent enough to define a “carbonara sauce” per se.

   Ah, the nostalgia. Your comment about the fuel gauge made me chuckle and brought back memories of my 8 year old red 1951 Buick Roadmaster that got me through college (https://classics.autotrader.com/classic-cars/1951/buick/super/101650104). It shared that fuel gauge feature. I did everything with that big sedan except drag race – If you floored the pedal, that Dynaflow transmission would build up some thrust and then the car would begin to move.

    I’d like to watch an NFL game today, but with streaming only it is not possible without springing for a subscription. Back in the day it was a simple matter to use the broadcast networks and an antenna, feasible because of commercials; Without subscribing.
