   I would say that could be in El Paso, TX but the tree is too large and there appears to be grass.

   I have several friends that reuse the cups. They use the coffee grounds on their roses and use the cups as seed starters. There is also a company that makes them without the little plastic cup part (it look a little more like a pod) to eliminate the waste.
