    I should have mentioned that this is even with the supposed 10,000 mile synthetic oils, but your points are correct. I always use Mobil 1 synthetic, and feel safe changing it around 7,500 or 8000 miles in my 2015 Rav4 with 161,000 miles on it. Still runs like new.

    I’m guessing this is a joke, but OCD is a very real problem. This reminds me of a true story of a guy who realized he needed help after his landlord shut off his water after he had been in the shower ALL DAY. He came stumbling out of the shower all soaped up, and finally realized he needed to get professional help for his OCD.

    Personally, I grew up with a family member who has serious OCD and I can tell you it’s no joke. They have “rituals” they have to do over and over like flipping a light switch dozens of times. It drives other people crazy, but they can’t help it.
