Is that Olive Oyl on the far left?

I hope it’s good. I’ve been looking forward to this. Maybe they built Gasoline Alley their own wing in the Old Comics Home. I hate it, but really think this is going to end the strip…sigh and oh how I will miss it.

They both look pretty happy and now it looks like a guys bachelor pad…with one expensive rug and a lot of empty space. LOL

I remember Jiggs having red hair in the Sunday papers when I was little. Of course that was many, many moons ago!

I went and looked up Abie the Agent, and you are probably right! Lots of similarities especially the way the eyes are drawn!

I still think (hope) that Phyllis is waiting at the Roast for Walt, and he will move into the Old Comics Home so he doesn’t have to die. I just hope it’s not the end of the comic….sigh. But I don’t want Walt to die, either.

Does anyone else wonder if Walt is going to move into the Old Comics Home…that this may be a way to gently ease him out without letting him die? Maybe have his wife there waiting as a surprise. I would really hate to see Walt actually die (yes I know he’s just a comic character)….but if he does go there to live, surely the strip could go on and there could be occasional visits to the Old Comics Home, which is always a hoot. This caliber of the true old fashioned comic is almost completely gone….

There is actually a huge market for things like doggie daycare. Boarding kennels, etc. I could see Jack having a doggie daycare and really enjoying his work! I’m starting to like him more and more, too. First impressions are not always accurate, even in comic strips. Greg fooled me on Jack!

Whew, ths strip makes me sooo happy that I no longer have little munchkins at home, just the occasional grand baby that I ove dearly and this doesn’t bother me. But my gosh, this one brings back the memories of days gone by that I’m glad not to live lover again. LOL

Luann is doing the right thing. I hope she gets Faye to confess to her mother too. Otherwise, if her mom finds out (actually WHEN she finds out), she will no longer trust Luann.
