   I don’t think you are looking deep enough. Biden represents a return to a “normalcy”. To a time when all of the problems with our democracy were so normal that almost no one paid attention. This is probably a major reason why Trump was able to get into the office. Trump is chaos with no good purpose. People like Warren and Bernie represent chaos caused by needed change. Democrats voted against that change.

   Every system of rules and laws ever created is about control. From the contract you signed with your landlord and the software agreement that everyone click to accept without reading all they way up to the laws created by the government are about control. But if corona kills you then they can’t control you anymore. If you must come at this from a control point of view then it seems to me that this new from of control is to keep you alive long enough to go back to the forms of control you accepted a long time ago.

   Challenging you second image isn’t racist. Your drawing it is very telling. It clearly demonstrates your contempt for what a church is supposed to be – a sanctuary. Bringing a device of death into that place is to undermine the very purpose. The only “church” that would back you point of view are the zealots who worship at the “altar” of the NRA.

   Most people aren’t demanding the removal of all guns but reasonable thinking and common sense be applied. A device designed to fire more than one bullet at a time is not meant for home security its meant for war.

   The military, people with hundreds of hours of weapons training, are still shooting each other on a battle field. If they can’t tell the difference between friend and foe how can you expect a civilian with a weekend weapons course at best to do any better?

    Did you know there was a time that liberals and conservatives were not the enemy? It was the far more extreme left and right that you had worry about. These days I can’t tell the difference anymore.
