    When I bought my first house, the night before we went to sign the papers at the notary’s, I had a nightmare that it was haunted! I mentionned it the day after and everyone was laughing EXCEPT the notary. He asked the sellers “is it haunted?” very seriously and added “if we find out that the house is indeed haunted, it would be legally considered like a hidden vice and you could be sued for it”. I couldn’t believe my ears…

    I’m not sure I get it… If I’m not mistaken, he would need to throw the ball 236500 times to sink a ball 500 times in a row on 473 seperate occasions. How could he do it with only 2750 throws?
