I would like to disagree. Bezos is not perfect. But he hasn’t terminated 75% of his employees. There are a couple of areas where he could be better. First – he should bring the union in across his businesses. Second – (I have not heard that he has a profit-sharing plan ) He should create one and allocate at least one billion dollars each year among all the employees. Overall – I have always liked him but heh – we can all do better.
