I don’t care how it’s on the holder. I just want the TP to be present and in reach!

I have always said that straight hair can be curled but no matter how hard one tries, curly hair can’t be straightened. Whenever I go to have my hair cut and a new or temporary stylist is assigned to me, I have to ask if they can cut curly hair. I’ve had some bad cuts because they don’t know what they’re doing

I still get paper prescriptions on occasion. Mostly for the vaccines the doctor doesn’t keep in his office or a specific med that needs to be filled right away and the online pharmacy can’t fill. I hate the chain pharmacies and the mom and pop ones are becoming extinct.

I hear you. I gave up driving years ago when I went blind in my left eye and my right is partial vision. I have acuity but that’s it. When I went to change my DL into a state ID the clerk argued with me because I had a clean record and passed the eye test. The decision was hard enough as is and she was so loud and adamant I left with customers wishing me the best from the front door.

My parents said the same thing about us kids. They said patrons would come up to them and admit they groaned when they saw us being seated but were impressed on how we acted, how our parents treated us and how they worked together to keep us entertained and make it a learning and peaceful experience.

I was waiting in line at Sprouts when the cashier announced there was no waiting at the self-checkout. No one went over to it. I use a white cane and just held it up and the cashier told me I was better off staying in his line. DUH!

Possibly but he turned his nose up at the lower sodium as well. He liked homemade and he liked to watch as it was being made. He knew the vegetables going in and was there waiting for his favorite ones to be fed to him. He ate both cooked and raw veggies. He was spoiled. No broth could touch his kibble as he liked crunch. Soup had to be served to him in a separate dish and he got impatient as is had to cool down. But asking him if it was good and getting a tail flip was worth it. Best part was when he’d pick up his empty dish and bring it over asking for more. Spoiled rotten!

He’s smart. My late shepherd mix loved soup. But it had to be made with water or fresh stock. He wouldn’t touch it if broth came out of a can or box.
