My furbaby was named Cricket because when we first adopted her as a little kitten her meow was small and short sounding more like a chirp. Also she was a pouncer, always jumping out of a hiding place grabbing with her paws then darting off as if she was playing tag. Small, grey, chirps, jumps around = Cricket.
I miss her. Had her fro 13 years but doesn’t feel like enough.
