My furbaby was named Cricket because when we first adopted her as a little kitten her meow was small and short sounding more like a chirp. Also she was a pouncer, always jumping out of a hiding place grabbing with her paws then darting off as if she was playing tag. Small, grey, chirps, jumps around = Cricket.

I miss her. Had her fro 13 years but doesn’t feel like enough.

Glad it’s not just me that was thinking that.

    That’s no secret.

“You know Tracy, this could have all been avoided if you had just let me execute him last time. How may times does he have to do stuff like this before he’s officially a war criminal?”

Wasn’t he supposed to be executed?

I recall years ago Megan tried going vegetarian… it didn’t last long.

MEGAN: “I still eat dairy products.”

    FILMORE: “That’s a 20 oz porterhouse steak!”

    MEGAN: “Cows are dairy products.”

Good. I was concerned this whole ordeal would affect Sophie’s love for her window. Glad she seems reassured it will be fine.

Actually it comes before the last line. notice Mrs. Tidy says “Would you like to live with me.” and Admiral Crackers replies “Live with you.” Not echoing. He clearly understood.

So I’m predicting a few more days of chaos before animal control shows up, and then the animal control will be Sophie’s Woman. Happy ending? Well, eventually sure, but at this point I’m concerned clueless woman try refusing to give Sophie up. When this began she struck me as well intended but not knowledgeable. As the story went on and we saw more of her personality though, she now strikes me as the willfully ignorant type. The “I know better than everyone even the professionals” kind.

    “Now it’s garbage.”
