I have a co-worker that is a really smart guy. Anything in code he can do. When ever I thank him for something, he replies “Your welcome”. I kind of want to ask him if he does it intentionally but if he does not it might be awkward.

It wasn’t only what they could scrounge. They would take the teeth from the slave’s mouth to use them. I think I read they paid them a tiny bit for them.

Washington’s teeth were made from the teeth of slaves.

Assuming the laws are followed, which is a big assumption, this amendment will never pass. Not a chance.

I have literally had a cashier at Kroger make me wait until she finishes her text to start ringing me up. They are constantly on them at the one I go to. I’m guessing showing up for work is enough to cover a multitude of sins.

When I was in Highschool a guy up the street from me had shoes he would wear inside his house. He has a different pair to wear from the house to the car. He would wear those to walk into work and then change into another pair at work. He had other pairs for if he was going shopping or what not. He would replace them all every 3 months or so And they would still look brand new. For a brief period where I wore the same size as him I was basically getting 4-5 almost brand new pair of shoes every couple of months.

I was reading both and for the longest time did not realize the author was the same. I’ve read all of Ordinary Bill a couple times but I really like it so I still read it every day.
