“He takes care of her most of the time” That is clearly up for debate. She’s almost always being watched by Luann or Toni & Brad. He is irresponsible pursuing an acting career when he’s a single parent. He needs to find a steady job and quit imposing on his friends and relatives, in my opinion.
If they accept a longer time period of watching Shannon, Jonah needs to compensate them financially, at the very least, for the imposition. It costs a lot to feed a child these days.
If they did adopt Shannon.. would Toni ever want a baby of her own?
I think he means they might get to watch Shannon a lot more.
