    Lived 25 years living at Lake Tahoe I’m convinced that the best LOCAL skiers mostly skied in Long johns, levis and, if the powder was deep, a cheap pair of powder pants. Mostly the tourists had all the hyped up, well advertised shiny toys.

    I’ve worked in a winery in the U.S. and toured wineries in Burgundy, France and Tuscany, Italy. I guarantee all modern wine is made with modern, stainless steel machinery. Oops. can’t talk for Spain though. Just maybe.
