    Best of luck going forward, Ricky! Moving is a great stressor, as others have mentioned; plus, when you move as far as you have, you move from one community of pathogens to another. They may have the same names as in Arizona, but may still be different enough that your Arizona immunity doesnā€™t protect you from the Baltimore bugs. I learned that when I moved from Detroit to San Francisco. Seems I was sick the whole first year, despite the mostly fabulous weather.
