so here’s what confuses me. as a teen all the guys were expected (by their peers) to be “experienced”, while all the girls were supposed to remain pure for marriage. So who were the guys supposed to get their experience from? Truth is, if we ever got to 2nd base we were thrilled. Good for you Janis…you must’ve made a lot of guys very happy (and yes I know it’s only a comic strip).
Given the books she’s been reading at night and the mental comparisons she’s been making, I think it’s just frustration she’s feeling between dreams and reality.

Also, Arlo is not entirely correct, as galaxies collide all the time (the Milky Way is on a collision course the Andromeda), so not all are moving away from all others. Finally, in a multiverse, the farthest boundaries of each universe would be limited to approaching, but not exceeding the limits of its neighboring universes. As in point number one, we cannot see beyond the limits of our own universe. Finally, if our universe is in a space that is in fact a multi-dimensional Mobius loop, it is possible that the expansion is an illusion.
We had a quilt made from old t-shirts, no reason why you couldn’t do the same and make the sexiest quilt anyone’s ever seen….and let people see it…you’ll be the talk and envy of all who know you. they’ll think you are still a “hoot”.
