Frazz
By Jef Mallett
See if I can’t explain it for those who need some help. Caul field was late and was trying to get skirt around the issue of being late. His quote was to get Mrs. Olsen to bite, which she did with her teasing of Caulfield. Caul fields remark to Frazz about low expectations was in reference to Mrs Olsen’s low expectations of Caulfield’s excuse being valid enough to warrant his tardiness. His ruse to get out of trouble for being late seemed to have worked.
