The reason it succeeded is not the idea, but the relationships. Those were ALL TJ’s relationships—his community, his family. Ann, as I said, just messed with the wrong person.
@jaynov — but you’re not running for president. But, I guess it’s like the adage, “Everytime I find the key to success, someone changes the lock.” And what that means is that leadership is held to a higher standard.
Crystal, Delta, and Bernice as pretty level-headed, but Tiffany doesn’t have a clue what a friend she has in Crystal, while I think Luann knows how lucky she is to have both Bernice and Delta.
Why is it when defending one side of an argument we go to “Well, no one said anything about …” as if we should let anyone get away with being wrong or inappropriate. These politicians weigh their words and speak to their different constituencies and they ALL mislead and misspeak. We should all wise up. There is no savior among any of these politicians, but there are those they have integrity throughout. It doesn’t seem to be with Newt, Romney, or Santorum. At least Ron seems more honest, but his ideas don’t all work for me.
Because the president doesn’t raise gas prices!
