   No. I have eaten Psilocybin mushrooms and the effect is entirely different. Psilocybin and LSD are hallucinogenic but Amanita Muscaria is “energizing” so I became super hyper and “fast” as I walked miles in the mountains.

   That particular mushroom, red with white spots, is called Amanita Muscaria. In summer 1996 while living in the Jemez Mountains, I mixed some with yogurt and let it sit for a few days, then I ate the result and became highly energized for about 4 hours.
