I got my nephew with this a few weeks ago, but with ‘oranges’ instead of ‘green beans’. Then my sister-in-law played along when he tried it on her. She just said ‘oranges’ really slowly…the look on his face was priceless when he tried it again.
Well to be fair to Toni, when my aunt got a new washer/dryer set, it took me a few visits before I finally asked what the sound was. It’s not a buzzer or anything, and if I had to draw it, I’d do it like in the first panel, a music note. Her dryer plays a little tune, almost like a toy or a phone. Maybe Brad’s does too?
Just like parents who tell their kids to be in before dark and don’t take anything from strangers. Then every Oct. 31st, those same kids are booted out the door to go knock on strangers doors until all hours of the night to accept candy from them! Parents are so funny…
I had no idea that this would be the highlight (so far anyway) of my birthday! It’s good to see the nice guy finishing first for once.
