And a mustard bottle but no ketchup.

Reminds me of the scene in Cheers when Cliff told this big motorcycle-riding tough guy that he would call him “Tiny.” When the biker expressed confusion, Cliff explained that it is a tradition to call someone by a name that is opposite of an obvious trait in the person. The biker was impressed and told Cliff that he is smart. When Cliff arrogantly accepted what he thought was a compliment, the biker told him, “No, that’s your name: Smart!”

  3. over 1 year ago on Ziggy

I recall Get Fuzzy had Bucky develop some idea a few months ago that anyone named Steve is a genius. So maybe this would be great reading material him.

  4. over 1 year ago on Baldo

Yes, that’s why they never said it to her face.

  5. over 1 year ago on Baldo

    Yes, I see it now!

  6. over 1 year ago on Ziggy

Paper book > “digital” books. That’s why.

I remembr a show on a Spanish channel called El Gordo y La Flaca hosted by a fat man and a skinny woman, so I was able to decipher that joke!

  8. over 1 year ago on Baldo

    “Corbata” means bald?

  9. over 2 years ago on Get Fuzzy

Don’t forget that there is a version with only 1 player per team but in that variation, the object of the game is to lose.

  10. over 2 years ago on Deep Dark Fears

Most of these comics are good templates for horror fiction plots.
