Your body suddenly decides it is allergic to something, and then decides not to be allergic to it. Doesn’t make sense but even doctors do not know why it happens. Now bee, wasp stings or nuts are different, they can kill.
Being a chocoholic I was not happy when told I had diabetes. But no one knows why you can suddenly be allergic to something you have eaten all your life.
